## What Stageless AI does not do

Stageless AI does not add, remove or alter permanent or structural features
of a property. Walls, windows, doors, floors, ceilings and room proportions
are preserved. This is a deliberate constraint, for compliance with real
estate listing rules and to keep the product usable for its stated purpose.

## Disclosure and compliance

Real estate agents publishing AI-edited photos are responsible for
disclosing that images have been digitally staged or edited, per local
listing rules and the EU AI Act (Article 50, in force since 2 August 2026).
