1. Identification Data

In accordance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, the user is informed that the owner of this website is Caixa Mágica Software S.A, located at R. Soeiro Pereira Gomes – Lot 1, 1600-198 Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal.

2. Data Storage & Location

Your account data and all service metadata — project names, image labels, notes and tags — are stored on servers located within the European Union (AWS, Paris region). Property images you choose to save, and the video tours you generate, are stored as private objects in Google Cloud Storage. Generation itself is carried out by the third-party AI providers listed in section 4 and may take place outside the European Union.

3. Image Retention

How long we keep a property image depends on what you do with it. Nothing is kept by default — storing an image is an action you take.

• Generation is transient: Photos you upload to generate a result are processed in memory and are not written to permanent storage on our servers. When the request finishes they are discarded, unless you choose to save them.
• Images you save: When you use "Save to project", the original photo and the generated result are stored as private objects and kept until you delete the image or the project. There is no automatic expiry: you decide how long they are kept, up to your plan's storage limit.
• Video tours: A video tour is saved to your history automatically, together with the clips used to assemble it, and is kept until you delete it. A tour you start but do not finish is discarded automatically after two hours.
• Backups: Our database is backed up daily and those copies are retained for up to six months. They contain account and project information — names, labels, notes and tags — but not the image files themselves.

4. Third-Party AI Processing

To generate images and video tours we send your photos to specialised third-party AI providers. We do not use your images to train our own models.

• Providers: Image generation uses Google (Vertex AI, Gemini models). If the Google service is unavailable, a request may fall back to OpenAI's image models. Video tours use Google (Vertex AI and Google Cloud Storage), and Google Cloud Text-to-Speech where narration is enabled.
• International transfers: These providers may process your photos on infrastructure located outside the European Union.
• Purpose limitation: We send only the photo and the instructions needed to produce the result you asked for.

5. Analytics & Marketing

We use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Hotjar to analyze traffic. These tools may collect your IP address and browsing behavior through cookies to support our marketing efforts.
