1. Ownership of Content & Output

• User Content: You retain all rights to the original images you upload.
• Output: Stageless.ai transfers the intellectual property rights of the generated images ("Output") to you upon generation.
• Usage Rights: Your right to use the Output (Personal vs. Commercial) is governed by your specific subscription plan.

2. Technical Failures

Stageless.ai disclaims any responsibility for interruptions, malfunctions, or temporary power outages of the services offered. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we make our best efforts to prevent such incidents.

3. User Responsibility & Disclosure

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of edited images (specifically object removal or virtual staging) complies with local real estate regulations and "Truth in Advertising" laws. Stageless.ai is not liable for any legal claims arising from the misrepresentation of a physical property.

4. Payments & Refunds

Due to the immediate GPU compute costs, all sales are final. If you experience a significant technical error, please contact our support team.

5. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The applicable law to any dispute shall be Portuguese law. The parties agree to submit to the Judicial Court of the District of Lisbon, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
